INSTRUCTIONS
This course uses a step‑by‑step evaluation process to support your success as an ERPsim facilitator. Before you can start the formal evaluation, complete all the “Review Your Knowledge” quizzes included in the lessons, which help you check your understanding as you go. Once you have completed the ones in “Orientation” and “On-Demand”, you can access Evaluation 1; after you pass Evaluation 1, Evaluation 2 will become available once you complete the “Review your Knowledge “quizzes in courses “Scenario Learning” and “Sandbox Practice”. When you have successfully passed both Evaluation 1 and Evaluation 2, you’ll gain access to the Global Exam, which is the final assessment required for certification.

- It is open-book and you are encouraged to use your resources and notes.
- They are all multiple-choice questions, with one (1) correct response per question.
- Each question is displayed one at a time, and you may answer them in the order you wish.
- You must answer all the questions.
- If you need to step away, the system will automatically save each answer once it is submitted, and you can come back to it later.
- You will be notified of your result after completing the assessment.
- Pass is 80%.
- If your score is below 80%, you can retake the assessment. We encourage you to use our feedback to guide your review before another attempt.
