Sandbox Practice is the core of ERPsim facilitation, where you will learn how to operate the ERPsim facilitator portal, prepare and schedule sessions, configure gameplay, and use reports, bots, and analytics to support participants during and after the simulation. You will also learn how to plan purposeful practice, manage the pacing of the learning experience and lead debriefs that connect gameplay to real business decisions. In this course, you will alternate between lessons and practice in the ERPsim Sandbox to hone your skills. As an ERPsim facilitator, your role is not just to run the game, but to create a clear, engaging environment where participants can discover business insights for themselves.
By the end of this course, you will understand how to use the Baton Instructor Portal to configure and run an ERPsim session. You will also learn to use key features such as reports, analytics, Simbots, and AI support to conduct a session that emphasizes participant discovery and your own improvement as a facilitator.
