Welcome to the start of your ERPsim Facilitator Training learning journey.
In this orientation course, you will learn about Baton’s ERPsim facilitator training program, covering our five-phase learning model, the learning ecosystem, and key expectations for success. You will also receive an overview of ERPsim fundamentals and the Fiori Dashboard to prepare you for ERPsim On-Demand, Baton’s interactive business simulation running on a live SAP S/4HANA ERP system, where you can practice real-world decision-making in a risk-free environment.
By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of the necessary tools, skills, and expectations for successful ERPsim facilitator development.

In this course, you will learn to:
- Describe the structure of the 5-phase training program, establishing the core training objective of becoming an effective facilitator capable of preparing for, guiding, and debriefing ERPsim game sessions.
- Identify the tools and instructional environment, including your learning dashboard and the Baton Instructor Portal, which serves as the central hub for learning resources, materials, events, and game controller tools.
- Describe the prerequisites for success, including technical proficiency and communication expectations, while highlighting effective learning strategies like utilizing the sandbox environment and accessing available support channels.
