Your dedication throughout this phase has been impressive, and you are now very close to your goal of becoming a certified ERPsim facilitator.   In this course, you transitioned into the role of a facilitator by mastering the Baton Instructor Portal and the Game Controller. You gained hands-on experience in scheduling and configuring sessions, managing critical parameters, and utilizing key tools like simulation reports, analytics, Simbots, and AI support. This stage is crucial because it moves you beyond simply understanding the game mechanics to actively guiding participant discovery. These skills are essential for managing cognitive load, pacing the simulation, and conducting the reflective debriefs that turn gameplay into actionable business insight.  As you prepare for the second certification evaluation, the global evaluation and the scenario certification evaluation, we encourage you to take some time to review your materials from both Course 3 (Scenario Learning) and Course 4 (Sandbox Practice). This assessment will evaluate your ability to navigate scenario storylines, configure sessions in the Instructor Portal, and apply effective facilitation strategies like debriefing and troubleshooting.
