Hello ,  Congratulations on completing Course 2: On-Demand!  Did you have fun playing ERPsim?   You continue to build a solid ERPsim Facilitator foundation by navigating the SAP S/4HANA environment, understanding simulation mechanics, and adopting a facilitator’s perspective to guide future participants.  By analyzing how specific business decisions in sales, procurement, and marketing create interconnected downstream effects, you have gained a critical player’s perspective.   Certification Milestone:  Since you have now successfully completed both Course 1 Orientation and Course 2 On-Demand, , you are officially ready for your first certification milestone. Please head to the Certification course to complete Evaluation #1 and validate your knowledge.  Course 3: Scenario Learning  Once your successfully complete your first certification evaluation, you are now ready to begin Course 3: Scenario Learning. In this phase, your focus shifts to mastering specific scenario storylines and their unique operational requirements. You will: 
  • Navigate Scenario Storylines: Master the specific business challenges, round-by-round gameplay, and decision points for your chosen scenarios. 
  • Analyze Enterprise Concepts: Deepen your understanding of core concepts like process integration, trade-offs, and real-time performance analytics. 
  • Refine Debriefing Skills: Evaluate how to effectively use the debriefing process to connect scenario gameplay experiences to real-world business outcomes and organizational learning.
