Hello ,   Congratulations on successfully passing your first certification assessment, putting you one step closer to becoming a certified ERPsim facilitator!    Your progress is a testament to your hard work, perseverance, and genuine openness to diving into the on-demand scenarios. Embracing those playthroughs and analyzing the downstream effects of business decisions is no small feat, and that dedication to discovery is exactly what will set you apart as a facilitator.  As you look ahead, use your momentum to dive into the next two courses of the program: 
  • Course 3: Scenario Learning is where you’ll start to see the “big picture.” You’ll master the specific storylines and gameplay rounds for diverse environments like Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Public Sector. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to interpret the scenario-specific Fiori dashboards to guide participants through real-world business challenges. 
  • Course 4: Sandbox Practice  is where you’ll step into the facilitator’s chair. You’ll learn how to use the Baton Instructor Portal to configure and run sessions autonomously. You’ll also get hands-on experience using analytics, Simbots, and AI support to manage game flow and how to conduct impactful debriefs that turn gameplay into real business insight.
