Hello , Great work completing Course 1: Orientation of the ERPsim Facilitator Training!  During this course, you established strong ERPsim facilitator foundations by mapping your 5-phase certification pathway, navigating the Baton learning dashboard and identifying training topics and expectations.  You also developed a clear understanding of the ERPsim philosophy and use, the SAP S/4HANA engine, and how to effectively navigate the Fiori Launchpad to manage operational tasks and KPIs.  Course 2: On-Demand Foundations  You are now ready to begin Course 2: On-Demand, shifting your focus from theory to practice, and where you will experience the simulation from both a player’s and a facilitator’s perspective. Key areas of focus include: 
  • Hands-on Experience: Your first on-demand ERPsim playthrough where you witness the simulation mechanics firsthand. 
  • Analyzing Outcomes: Examine how individual business decisions create immediate downstream effects across an integrated enterprise system. 
  • Facilitation Mindset: Practice tailoring value propositions for different audiences, learning to guide participant discovery rather than lecturing.
