Hello ,  Congratulations on successfully passing the Global Evaluation of the ERPsim Facilitator Training program!  By completing this final evaluation across all learning phases, you have proven that you are fully equipped to plan, prepare, facilitate, and debrief ERPsim sessions autonomously. Your assessment demonstrated the foresight needed to configure sessions smoothly and avoid costly slowdowns or errors, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues while keeping the participant experience top of mind.  What You Have Mastered: With this certification, you have validated core competencies across the complete facilitation lifecycle:
  • Autonomous Session Setup: Proficiency with the Baton Instructor Portal and Game Controller to schedule events, manage team configurations, and establish round parameters.
  • Active Facilitation: Guiding participant-led discovery, managing cognitive load, and interpreting simulation analytics for real-time adjustments during gameplay.
  • Strategic Debriefing: Conducting structured debriefs that connect simulation decisions back to end-to-end SAP process integration, business performance metrics, and organizational learning.
  • Real-time Troubleshooting: Confidently resolving technical and operational roadblocks during live sessions.
Next Steps: Expanding Your Horizons  Now that you are a certified ERPsim facilitator, we encourage you to continue broadening your facilitation toolkit. As you schedule your upcoming sessions, consider exploring other scenario storylines available in the portfolio, such as Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Sector, Sustainability, or Enterprise Asset Management. Each scenario provides a unique lens on integrated SAP S/4HANA operations and offers valuable insights for different client business cases.  You can access all instructor guides, site prep materials, and game management tools anytime via the Baton Instructor Portal.  Welcome to the community of certified ERPsim facilitators, and best of luck with your upcoming simulation events!  Best regards,  The Baton Learning Success Team    Baton SimulationsÂ
