INSTRUCTIONS
This course uses a step‑by‑step evaluation process to support your success as an ERPsim facilitator. Scenario certification is codependent on ERPsim facilitator certification. You are required to complete certification to become an ERPsim facilitator for each scenario, but the base facilitator certification is only done once. You may attempt the scenario certification once you have completed all the “Review Your Knowledge” quizzes included in the scenario lessons which help you check your understanding as you go.
If at any point you have a technical issue, take a screen grab if possible and send an email to [resource email] explaining your problem.

It is open-book and you are encouraged to use your resources and notes.
They are all multiple-choice questions, with one correct response per question.
Each question is displayed one at a time, and you may answer them in the order you wish.
You must answer all the questions.
If you need to step away, the system will automatically save each answer once it is submitted, and you can come back to it later.
You will be notified of your result after completing the assessment.
Pass is 80%.
If your score is below 80%, you can retake the assessment. We encourage you to use our feedback to guide your review before another attempt.
