FAQs about ERPsim
1. How do I schedule an ERPsim session referencing an existing purchase order (PO), opportunity, or agreement?
Two+ (2+) weeks before your session
At least two weeks before the date your session is planned, complete and submit the ERPsim Scheduling Form. Be sure to have the following information available to complete the form.
- Date of session
- Name of certified ERPsim instructor(s)
- Location (city, country) and time of day
- ERPsim scenario you have selected
- Approximate number of participants
- Your license bundle’s internal reference number
When you submit the ERPsim Scheduling Form, you will receive a confirmation number by email telling you that we have received your scheduling request.
Five (5) business days before your session
Baton will email instructions to your lead instructor 5 business days prior to your session. Your instructor will have access to ERPsim prior to the scheduled session, only for practice and dry runs, so they can prepare for the event.
The day of the event
Your lead instructor will have access to the full system for 1 calendar day on the day of the event, during which they can run as many scenarios for as many groups of participants as desired during that day.
2. Who can start and manage an ERPsim simulation?
Only certified ERPsim instructors are eligible to gain access to ERPsim to start and manage a simulation.
3. Can I run more than one simulation on the day of my event?
Yes.

4. What interface can we use with ERPsim?
ERPsim can be used in Fiori, the desktop SAP GUI and SAP WebGUI.
5. When will I get access to ERPsim?
If you have scheduled an ERPsim session, only your designated lead instructor will receive access to ERPsim.

6. In which languages is ERPsim available?
ERPsim facilitator-led event sessions are available in up to nine (9) languages:
- English – primary language all scenarios
- Arabic – distribution, sustainability, manufacturing, logistics, EAM scenarios
