What's an ERPsim Facilitator?
An ERPsim Facilitator, also known as an ERPsim Instructor, is a certified expert who delivers ERPsim simulations using ERP systems to create realistic business scenarios. Trained to understand specific scenarios chosen by event organizers, they set up and manage the simulation environment, provide guidance and support to participants, and ensure learning objectives are met. ERPsim Facilitators possess strong knowledge of ERP software, effective teaching methods, and practical business insights, making them essential in helping organizations and individuals effectively utilize ERP systems.
How to Become a Facilitator?
Becoming an ERPsim Facilitator involves a structured training process designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Request a Quote: Begin by requesting a quote from us.
Kickoff Meeting: We will schedule a short 30-minute kickoff meeting to:

- Understand your needs and background.
- Determine the training dates.
- Schedule a sandbox environment for one month.
- Identify the specific scenarios you want to get certified in.
- Introduce the Fiori interface.
- Briefly explain the Baton Portal.
- Provide you with all necessary access passwords.
Self-paced Learning:

- Go through the required modules at your own pace. There is no time limit for completion.
- Each module ends with a quiz to assess your understanding.
Assessment:

- Quizzes are open book with a passing grade of 60%. You can retake them as many times as needed.
- There is no final exam that recapitulates everything.
Completion:

- Once you complete the training, our support team will personally send you a congratulations email.
- You will receive a certificate with a unique ID and a warm welcome to the ERPsim family.

- Debriefing ERPsim and Strategizing Outcomes: Learn techniques for debriefing sessions and strategizing outcomes with participants.
- Conducting Virtual ERPsim Sessions: Master the skills required to conduct engaging and effective virtual ERPsim sessions.
