The core of the ERPsim™ training curriculum, Understanding SAP® offers a full day immersion into the power and possibility of SAP integration, while giving participants a thorough nuts and bolts introduction to the mechanics of using SAP. Teams run a small manufacturing company, managing 3 business process cycles- Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, and Procure to Pay- while tightly managing funds and inventories. As the day progresses, tasks become more complex, challenging teams to use their reports to make the decisions needed to ensure operational excellence. |
