This course begins with participants playing the ERPsim™ Manufacturing Games for a full day. Through this students gain first-hand experience of the company’s business processes. From this engaged perspective, they master their organization’s entire cash to cash cycle: planning, procurement, production, sales, marketing, and finance.Having gained this core knowledge, they begin day 2 with a completely fresh client and create master data (Complete material masters, master data for vendors, customers, production, sales, info records, and source lists) and review controlling master data.The remainder of day 2 and 3 is devoted to organizational elements and configuring the various business processes. The course ends with a quick competitive game using the completed master data and configurations. |
