Event Customization. The Baton Simulation is configurable for different audiences and different outcomes. A scenario and story line can be designed in conjunction with the customer to achieve specific goals.

Transactional Focus
All or most of the SAP transactions from procurement to payment of invoices are manually entered by the participants. Strategic and business decisions may be limited to pricing and product mix.
Executive Focus
For executive management, the Baton Simulation contains a small number of transactions and a focus on challenging business issues involving cash management and a variety of scenarios including business turnaround.
Financial Focus
For audiences with a requirement for development of financial skills. The simulation automates many of the functional transactions and concentrates on deriving decisions from financial and business reports.
Team Focus
A simulation designed to highlight the necessity of operating as a team. Although this is a common theme in all events, this event is designed so that teams cannot be profitable without continual communication.
